Even our teenager had a wonderful tour!!
Booking with Xuan Tu tours is a no brainer. They are very responsive with emails/msg and a great asset in helping you plan a memorable tour for your needs. We booked a Hoi An tour and had Duy as our guide. He is a wealth of knowledge and left no question unanswered. We covered the Cam Thanth Eco Coconut village and experience the round water baskets where we fished for mud crabs. Then off to Tra Que vegetable farm where our daughter got to ride a water buffalo too! After lunch, we visited Old Town and saw the highlights of how it used to be. Witnessing the original Chinese home where generations have lived is a treasure! Not only is Duy a great guide, but he also cared for our comfort and enjoyment on the tour. My wife caught a cold and Duy stopped at a local store to get some Vietnamese oils to help alleviate her cough so we thought we’d try it. Western medicine isn’t always the best! Teenagers can be caught up just playing on their phones but ours had a great time on the tour with Duy! We highly recommend Duy and Xuan Tu tours for any sightseeing needs. We had a private tour of Da Nang and Old Town of Hoi An and we couldn’t fault the service Lam and Xuân Tu Tours provided. Great communication. Van was new and comfortable. What a gem… what a wonderful trip
I contacted Xuan to arrange a day trip for my family and friends when our cruise ship docked in Da Nang. A total of 25 of us… She replied my email and whatsapp very promptly and very detail. Designed a very good itinerary for us, as I told her there are elderly and young children, this is why we want a private tour rather than joining the ship one. Also we like to see Da Nang and Hoi An in a day, she has no doubt and gave me a very good schedule. Thank you When we arrived the dock, Xuan was at the ship side waiting for us, she brought 2 young girls with her, Tram and Thu as our guide… to be honest… we were a bit worry that 2 young girls… can they manage a big group? What a great surprise, both of them are so pleasant, so nice, so caring, so funny… Tram is the main guide who speaks fluent English, very humour, very knowledgeable, very smart, with the help of Thu, they are perfect team. Thu is the assistant to Tram who looks after us, make sure we were not lost, always chatting and smiling all the time… so so pleasant.. Both of them made the trip so good and made everyone so happy. Without them, Da Nang and Hoi An trip will be only a tourist visit. With them, it is a visit to see our best friends there… they made us so welcome and wonderful there. I hope our crazy group didn’t cause them too much trouble … mind you, they never shown any unhappy or tiresome to us… thank you my two little friends.. we love you. Again, I like to thank you Xuan to arrange a very beautiful lunch for us in Hoi An, also met us there to show her hospitality… well done… most important… your arrangement to send Tram and Thu to look after us. Very knowledgeable and detail-oriented tour guide!
Tram was our tour guide for 2 separate trips in Hoi An and the Da Nang (and Ba Na Hills). She took really good care of us (me, my bro and I) and was always ready to cater to our needs. In our second tour it was raining heavily, but Tram had rain coats and umbrellas all prepared for us. She also made sure every person’s needs were met. 50/50 Private DaNang and Hoi An
We had a great time on our tour with Thuy! Thuy is very pleasant and knowledgeable tour guide. We were able to learn, explore and experience DaNang and Hoi An. The day had off and on rain, but that didn’t affect our experience. She made it fun and enjoyable. She was also very helpful with our shopping experience in Hoi An.
