Tram was our tour guide for 2 separate trips in Hoi An and the Da Nang (and Ba Na Hills). She took really good care of us (me, my bro and I) and was always ready to cater to our needs. In our second tour it was raining heavily, but Tram had rain coats and umbrellas all prepared for us. She also made sure every person’s needs were met. Very good English and knows Chinese too!
