Hoi An private tour with Quan
My family and I visited Da Nang during têt festival. We went on a Hoi An private tour with our guide, Quan. Quan was extremely friendly, helpful and informative throughout our entire trip, and we felt very welcomed throughout our trip in Hoi An. Hoi An has a very quaint and pretty old town, which is a must-see! Quan gave us very detailed explanation of the history and features of the historical buildings. We had a great time and would love to visit again! Thank you for the excellent organization, Xuan Tú, Quan and colleagues! — Traveller: Jieying T from Tripadvisor
Tours of Da Nang
I came to Da Nang with my family for a family vacation and in order to see the sights better, I decided to book 2 tours through Xuan and her company. From the get go I was more than pleased with her professionalism and punctuality when it came to sorting things out through email. She was very friendly and gave me straight answers on my questions. When it came to the first tour of Da Nang, we were introduced to Lam, our guide. Not to sell him short, he was nothing less than amazing! Always polite, very knowledgeable and loved to have a good joke. He showed us through marble mountain, monkey mountain and lady Buddha. No matter what question we asked, he always had the answer along with a joke or story. Even after the first tour ended, his professionalism and just genuine postive personality stayed the same. A few days later our second tour started and my family and I were looking forward to it even more because we knew we would be spending the day with Lam again. He greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and we were on our way. This tour was a tour of the ancient city of Hoi An. Once again Lam did not disappoint. He asked us firstly if we wanted to bike around the island or go for a ferry ride. We opted for a bike ride and he was more than happy to oblige. Our day was made infinitely better because of him. Overall, Xuan and Lam were extremely professional and just a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend. — Traveller: Steve I from Tripadvisor
Two excellent days
We spent two full day trips with our wonderful and knowledgeable guide Quan. From the offset he was friendly, and we found him to be a very mannerable young man! The first day we spent in Hoi an, having a boat trip, seeing grass mats being made, rice noodles being made (I even had a go!!) visited the Japanese bridge, explored the ancient part of Hoi an, and much more. On the second day we went to Danang and visited the My son missionary sanctuary, visited some of the temples, saw the Lady Buddha, Monkey Mountain, drove across the dragon bridge, had lunch in a traditional Vietnamese restaurant, and much more. All-in-all we had a wonderful time, thanks to Quan. The transport used was first class, as was the driver! Would thoroughly recommend this company, and with Quan as your guide, you will be sure to enjoy any of the trips available! — Traveller: Margaret W from Tripadvisor
Danang to Hoi An day tour
Our tour of Hoi An from initial inquiry and booking to the actual tour was flawless and top quality. We had two 10 year olds with us and were a bit worried about how receptive they would be to a tour of a world heritage town. But our guide Lam was amazingly wonderful with our kids, patiently showing and teaching them about traditional local village life, and introducing them to the fascinating history of Hoi An and Vietnam. All the while, looking after our every needs and details and showing us a side of Hoi An and the local culture that you would not experience by yourself or group tour. A huge thumbs up for Xuân’s tour operation and our guide Lam. When your ten year olds tells you that it was the most fruitful and rewarding day of touring and learning they have ever had, and says that they liked so much Lam and missed him immediately after we got back to the hotel, you know it was really magical. — Traveller: bangbylin from Tripadvisor
Fantastic Half Day from Hoi An to Da Nang with Tommy
My partner and I have just returned from our recent trip to Vietnam and our tour with this company was one of the highlights of the trip. We asked Xuan to arrange a half-day tour taking us from our accommodation in Hoi An up to Da Nang where we would catch a train at lunchtime. We were collected by our guide Tommy at 8.30am and spent a wonderful, informative 4 hours with him. Tommy was incredibly friendly and made us feel extremely welcome from the minute we got in the car. He told us about his home town, Hoi An, where we had spent 3 days and informed us about lots of the scenery on the drive out of the town. Our first stop was at the Marble Mountains, where Tommy told us all about the history of Buddhist culture and took us into lots of fascinating areas of the site that we would never have found ourselves. He took so many fantastic photographs of us and knew all the best photo spots. We then visited a family working in marble carving at the bottom of the mountains. We were told that ordinarily the family would be able to show us the sculptures being carved but unfortunately the workers were on holiday for Tet (lunar new year). We kept this stop brief as we were only able to visit their shop and we were conscious our half day was flying past too quickly. We then enjoyed the drive up to My Khe beach and had the chance to take some more great photos on the beach, before heading up to the Lady Buddha statue where we enjoyed the gorgeous views over Da Nang. Tommy then took us into the city to take us for some Vietnamese coffee at the oldest coffee shop in Da Nang. As coffee lovers, this was a great highlight for us. Tommy was so hospitable and kindly treated us to our coffees as it was my birthday that day – such a kind gesture! We loved having the chance to sit with Tommy in a local café and hear about his life. We then stopped by a fantastic Banh Mi stall for some baguettes to take on to the train and were dropped off at the station in time for our train to Hue. We only wish we had been able to spend longer on this tour – I’m sure the full day trips must be fantastic! Thank you Tommy for your wonderful company and stories on our trip – we loved getting the chance to spend the time with you and see some highlights in your incredible country.
