Our tour of Hoi An from initial inquiry and booking to the actual tour was flawless and top quality. We had two 10 year olds with us and were a bit worried about how receptive they would be to a tour of a world heritage town. But our guide Lam was amazingly wonderful with our kids, patiently showing and teaching them about traditional local village life, and introducing them to the fascinating history of Hoi An and Vietnam. All the while, looking after our every needs and details and showing us a side of Hoi An and the local culture that you would not experience by yourself or group tour. A huge thumbs up for Xuân’s tour operation and our guide Lam. When your ten year olds tells you that it was the most fruitful and rewarding day of touring and learning they have ever had, and says that they liked so much Lam and missed him immediately after we got back to the hotel, you know it was really magical.
