Very knowledgeable and detail-oriented tour guide!
Tram was our tour guide for 2 separate trips in Hoi An and the Da Nang (and Ba Na Hills). She took really good care of us (me, my bro and I) and was always ready to cater to our needs. In our second tour it was raining heavily, but Tram had rain coats and umbrellas all prepared for us. She also made sure every person’s needs were met. Half day Da Nang tour with Lam.
We booked a private tour for our family of 4 after being recommended by a friend. The whole experience was very professional from initial contact, confirmation and especially the day of the tour. Lam our guide was very friendly and explained the plan for the day. He made an effort to meet our girls of 12 & 14 and engage them in the tour. His knowledge was excellent. We really enjoyed the day. We experienced a good mix of the local area through marble mountain (great spot) lunch at a local eatery, traditional coffee, local markets, and monkey mountain. Lam then went out of his way to get us to the old town after the tour. Another important note is the driver was very professional and we felt safe the whole time. 50/50 Private DaNang and Hoi An
We had a great time on our tour with Thuy! Thuy is very pleasant and knowledgeable tour guide. We were able to learn, explore and experience DaNang and Hoi An. The day had off and on rain, but that didn’t affect our experience. She made it fun and enjoyable. She was also very helpful with our shopping experience in Hoi An. Fantastic Da Nang/Hoi An Day Tour
We had a fun day with Duy, our tour guide! He was a super cool and friendly guy, and very knowledgeable about the area’s history and general information. The tour was very flexible and allowed us to fully enjoy Hoi An’s Ancient Town. We even got tailored suits there for the two men in the family! Overall, it was a really really awesome experience. I took my family for Hoi An / Da Nang tour and we had Duy as our guide. He was very kind and thoughtful throughout the entire tour. We went to Hoi An, Marble Mountain, etc. He gave detailed explanations to every places. He showed us all the local spots and made us feel included and he made sure we were comfortable and was a very welcoming presence.
