We booked a private tour for our family of 4 after being recommended by a friend. The whole experience was very professional from initial contact, confirmation and especially the day of the tour. Lam our guide was very friendly and explained the plan for the day. He made an effort to meet our girls of 12 & 14 and engage them in the tour. His knowledge was excellent. We really enjoyed the day. We experienced a good mix of the local area through marble mountain (great spot) lunch at a local eatery, traditional coffee, local markets, and monkey mountain. Lam then went out of his way to get us to the old town after the tour. Another important note is the driver was very professional and we felt safe the whole time. Highly recommended
