Great Service with Excellent Tour Guide!
Lam is very personable, caring and attentive tour guide. He treated our group of 4 with equal care regardless of age and related well with each of us. He has extensive knowledge about Vietnamese culture, we learned a lot and have so much fun with him. I liked most when he brought us to local places to try out different kinds of local food! All are yummy and value for money!! It was a wonderful experience at Xuan Tu Private Tours with Lam as your knowledgable and considerate tour guide. He and the drivers made our stay here just so safe and happy. Highly recommended! Jessica from Singapore — Traveller: Voyage46960459327 from Tripadvisor
Vietnam – trip to Da Nang and Hoi An
Vietnam – daytrip Da Nang and Hoi An With cruisevessel arrived at 13th marth 2019 in the harbour near Da Nang, Vietnam were we booked, because of the good reviews, a private excursion with Xuan Tu, Travelagency to visit a few number of hotspots in Da Nang and Hoi An. The driver and herself were waiting at the quay with a smile and a name-board. With a fine big car and bottles of fresh water the tourguide started to tell about Vietnam, the history and specialities. We should visit a few historical places of which a local market (with only people from Vietnam), were we got some yoghurt with fruits, a sweet avocado smoothie and a Vietnamese fruit jelly drink which we both liked. Linh Ung Temple (Lady Buddha), a cave in maple mountain and the nice historical colourful centre of Hoi An were we also got a lunch of the famous Bahn Mi French baquettes with nice meat and sweet and sour cucumber. What we very liked about this trip was the knowledge of the tourguide as well as she knows local people in the market and the hotspots, what gave us a good feeling. A very profesional and nice experience. We got 2 hugs when we left because the tourguide also enjoyed the day with us. Paul and Monica from the Netherlands (PS. The people of Vietnam are very friendly and helpful). — Traveller: Monica S from Tripadvisor
Private Tour with Lam to My Son, Hoi-An and Hue
On the recommendation of a friend, my group spent 3 days with the tour guide. He is helpful, very knowledgable and always with an infectious smile. Many stories and anecdotes, both personal and on the places we visited were told and shared. My group feel so at ease with him and there were many highlights on the tours. The local delicacy we had, the visits to the local villagers. It was personalised and we feel pampered and attended to. — Traveller: teopeckchengamy from Tripadvisor
Great
My cousin and I booked a private full day tour of Danang and half day tour of My Son. Throughout our correspondence, Xuan was very prompt in replying and answering any of our queries and made the whole booking process simple and smooth. Our tour guide, Lam, and the driver for the Danang trip arrived at our hotel on time (early in fact) and we started our trip with the Marble Mountains. We were blessed with great weather and amazing light during our time at Marble Mountain and even got great shots out of the place (with the help of Lam, who would make a pretty good photographer I must say). After which we headed for lunch and coffee, both of which were patronized by many locals, places we may not be able to find if we were travelling on our own. Lam was very considerate and made sure to always check with us before bringing us to places. We then headed to Hai Van Pass and Lam even suggested to see the lagoon which we were so pleasantly surprised with! It was such a gorgeous place (and also a great photo point). From Hai Van Pass, we drove back to the city to experience Con Market in all its local glory. We really appreciated that Lam introduced us to a number of local delights and we even went back another day to buy more ourselves! We ended the day at Son Tra peninsula and visiting the Lady Buddha. Lam and our driver made sure to drop us at our dinner place near our hotel(another one of Lam’s recommendations), even checking the route back before they knocked off for the day. However, the half day tour to My Son was less of an experience compared to the Danang tour. We felt that our tour guide (we were given a different guide as Lam was unable to guide us due to personal matters that came up) was not able to provide us with as much information in comparison. We found that it was not as value for money since we only visited My Son but did not get much out of the visit to the UNESCO site. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and recommend the Danang tour for those looking to visit the place. We would like to thank Lam for going the extra mile and even checking in on us throughout the other days of our trip and giving us recommendations to places. — Traveller: sgjun123 from Tripadvisor
