Amazing experience!
What a fantastic visit – 2 days in Vietnam with my 12 year old daughter – Everything about our experience was flawless, from initial contact with Xuan Tu organising a schedule to meet our needs and the wonderful company of our guide Lap. Day 1 Full day in Hoi An – Lap met us at our hotel and we were driven in a lovely air con 4×4 to Hoi An. We took a private boat to the craft village, made rice doodles, took a walking tour of Hoi An, shopped in the local markets and saw the lanterns in the evening. Lap took us a to a local place for lunch – we really enjoyed the food and even got chatting to the girls. He was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic during the entire day, making sure we were having a great time – “It’s your day” he would say! 🙂 Day 2 – Half day in Da Nang – Lap collected us again from our hotel – straight to the Marbles Mountains. So much to see and learn. We then went to visit the Lady Buddha and Temple. After another fantastic lunch we finished our time with Lap taking a traditional coffee at Longs Cafe – amazing coffee, we bought some to take home with us. We even managed to take another trip to local markets before heading to the airport. I fully recommended Xuan Tu and her team – Booking these guided tours made our short so memorable – we saw so much more than expected, an authentic view of local life! Hoi An day trip
We went for a day trip with our lovely and excellent guide from XuanTu private tours. Excellent service and our guide has superb command of English. Da Nang and Hoi An tour with Lam
A groups of 8 booked this tour of Da Nang and Hoi An. Lam was our tour guide he was friendly, had an amazing sense of humor and full of interesting facts about the city. He took us to some delicious and authentic food spots,coffee shop included, taught us some Vietnamese words (and we shared some of our local phrases with him) and showed us some interesting sites giving us plenty of information along the way. A wonderful experience not to be forgotten
A day out in Hoi An and Danang with our guide Lam and driver Vu was a fantastic experience. Our Guide Lam was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and one of the best tour guides I and Liz have encountered in our many travels. It was a private tour and we saw and did everything on our itinerary. Our Driver Vu drove impeccably considering the scooters, narrow roads and hairy conditions. Amazing Port Excursion from Chan May
My husband and I are frequent cruisers and shy away from the ship board tours as we desire a little more personal and authentic experience when we visit some place. We typically book private guides and cars for the day when in port. During my initial research, I found Xuan Tu’s Private Guide services here on Trip Advisor and contacted her about our visit to Vietnam. She was prompt in her response and offered several different options for our days in Chan May/Danang/Hoi An. We chose a combination of things in Danang and Hoi An. We were met by Lam (sorry if my spelling is wrong) at the port, and spent a very memorable day with him. He shared history, culture of his country, the city, taking us to coffee at Longs, lunch at a family place in Hoi An with trips to the Lady Buddha and Marble Mountain.
