Hoi An, Vietnam Tour by Xuan Tu
This was our first trip to Vietnam, and like everyone we wanted it to be a memorable trip. During the search for information for the trip I came across with Xuan Tu Tour. Contacting Xuan Tu for a custom itinerary to fit our schedule was one of the best decisions of the trip. She promptly sent over a detailed itinerary proposal with pricing and answered any questions we had before agreeing to proceed. Our tour guide for trip were Tram and Thu who contacted us before arriving at the meeting location. They arrived on time and with lots of positive energy (which never changed throughout the tour). Even our driver, Vu had a great attitude and made sure that even the air conditioner in the car was to our desired temperature and level. Thu and Tram’s positive attitude, knowledge, love for her country were apparent and sense of humor made the entire experience very enjoyable. The schedule was very flexible and was adapted to our interests and energy levels. Tram and Tho were very knowledgeable and accommodating and I felt she was a friend rather than a tour guide. Tho and Tram took us to the local eateries and coffee shops to experience the true ‘real’ Vietnam. Xuan Tu, Tram, and Thu, thank you for the birthday cake! The attention to detail was by far the most impressive one I have ever seen. Even by giving us hand sanitizer before we ate anything. This was a memorable trip, which will always stay in our hearts. Awesome DaNang and BaNa Hills tour with Xuan Tu & Tram
I contacted Xuan Tu based on tripadvisor review. No doubt, she and her team member made a great tour for my friend and I. Xuan Tu very fast response on my inquiry through email. She ask about my prefer interest in Da Nang city, i have informed her what I want and she gave recommendation as well. Upon I arrived in Hoi An city, unfortunely it was flooded in the second day. Thus, I decided to cancel my third day stay and move on to Da Nang city center and Xuan Tu has help me to arrange for the hotel which was much more appreciated. We met up with her team member named Tram on the tour day. Tram is a very responsible person, she arrived on time, she gave details explanation during the tour and ensure we are understand about Vietnam history. Also, she well taking care of us, making jokes to ensure the tour is fun. Great Tours by Xuan Tu Tours and guide Tram
I contacted Xuan Tu Tours for personalised private tours for my three days in Da Nang. Communication was very easy and any questions I had were promptly answered. I ended up staying at Mai Homestay as well which I also highly recommend. Tram was my tour guide for Hoi An on day 1, Hue on day 2 and tour of Da Nang on day 3. Tram was very knowledgeable and accommodating and I felt she was a friend rather than a tour guide. Tram took me to the local eateries and coffee shops to experience the true ‘real’ Vietnam. Hue Tour
I picked this tour company Xuan Tu tours based on the many outstanding reviews. This was a day tour of Hue from Da Nang. Our guide was Thuy a very friendly and knowledgeable guide whose English was excellent. The day of the tour it was raining so we used the tunnel to get from Da Nang to Hue. I’ve been told that if the weather is nice the alternate route gives a great views but dangerous if the weather is bad and also a longer route. Our car/driver was excellent and very safe. The Khai Thinh tomb, Hue palace, and Thiên Mu Pagoda were the stops we made. Even with the rain the sightseeing opportunities were outstanding. A highlight of the tour was the lunch we had at a local Hue restaurant Ba Do. We tried several dishes such as: 1/ ram it – fried flour and shrimp topping; 2/ beo – rice milk steamed w/ shredded shrimp and pork skin; 3/ loc – tapioca & shrimp steamed; 4/ nam – rice milk shredded shrimp and pork steamed; 5/ bun bo – beef noodle soup. Thủy selected and explained every dish. I highly recommend this tour and Thuy as a great tour guide. Next time we are in Da Nang we will take the Hoi An tour. — Traveller: ptty97 from Tripadvisor
