Private Tour Da Nang & Hoi An
Had a private tour today with Tram. She was so much fun and gave us so much information about her home city. Xuan Tu was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had prior to the tour. Tram and our driver, Thanh, we’re waiting for us on time in front of our hotel. The vehicle was very clean and safely driven. We spent the entire day with Tram, and she worried every minute that we were comfortably enjoying our tour. She is very caring, knowledgeable, and interesting. We ended our to tour knowing so much more about these two beautiful cities, and got to make a friend as well. Highly recommended private tours
My family and I took two private day tours with Xuan Tu’s Team. Our full-day tour to Hue brought us to two very different Nguyen tombs, the Thiên Mu temple, the imperial citadel and the Dong Ba market. Our guide Lap did an excellent job explaining the history of the Nguyen dynasty and how the citadel suffered damage during the wars. Our second tour took in key sights in Da Nang like the Chua Ling Ung at the Son Tra peninsula, coffee at local coffee shop, the Com market and Marble mountains. After lunch in Hoi An, Lap took us on a walking tour of the old town describing the history of the town and historic buildings. Good Tours but Not Sure If It is Value for Money
We joined the Danang tour as well as a combined Hoi An sightseeing and food tour on two consecutive days. It was convenient and easy to book a tour before our trip via email. The tours were well-organized and we thought it was good to have two separate tours instead of one combined long day. We had the same guide and he was knowledgeable and friendly. Another nice guide joined the Hoi An tour. Overall, it is a good introduction to Danang and Hoi An but we’re not so sure if it was worth it, particularly for the Hoi An tour as there is no need for transportation in between. We also didn’t get the short river cruise indicated for the Hoi An tour. There seems to be strong pressure to get guests to post reviews on TripAdviser. While we understand such request at the end of the tour, we didn’t quite appreciate the follow-up texts at 1 am to put in a 5-star review. — Traveller: HappyTravellerHK from Tripadvisor

Very impressive one day trip from Hoi An to Hue
This tour company deserves very high score. It makes my and my wife’s experience in Hue very memorable one. Firstly, I am impressed with the prompt and responsive communication given during the reservation period. The car is very clean and matches exactly with what we have booked for (Toyota Fortuner). The driver is very polite and has a good driving manner. The company is well prepared for fresh-cool water as well as rain coat and umbrella which turn out to be very useful and convenient because it was raining all day on the day of our trip. The tour guide, Pham Tuan Duy is very well educated and fluent in English. He can provide very good information about all cultural places that we have been to. Tuan is smart, knowledgeable young man who is enthusiastic to share the culture and history of his country. Both the driver and the tour guide hospitality and engagement are very genuine indicating that they are very well-trained by the company. At the end of the day, we have slightly changed our plan from one to the other. They seem to be able to adjust the plan very quickly and fit well with what we need. The tour guide was meticulous in detail of service and constantly checked whether we are doing OK with temperature while we were sitting in the car, whether we would be OK if we have to have slightly late lunch.
