Xmas holidays with Xuan Tu and Team
We had a big group of 10 people with mixtures of my aged parents , 2 teenagers and a young boy. On Christmas Day we were welcomed by Anthony who took me , my hubby and young boy to Cham Museum, Marble Mountain etc for dinner when the rest of my family joined us for the tour. Anthony brought us for delicious local seafood dinner. For the whole of the tour Anthony was very polite and helpful. My family loves him. On the 2nd day, Xuan Tu took us for the Hoi An day tour. It was awesome. She was very pleasant and passionate about her country and made great efforts to share with us all valuable information.When it started to rain on our cycle tour she stopped to buy raincoat for all of us and my son loves her. On our last tour, Xuan Tu Organised Ms Van to be our day tour guide around Danang City. Van is always smiling and helpful too and helped us to buy the local baguettes before my family departs to the airport. A Memorable day in Hoi An/Cam Kim
I contact XT on the day I was leaving for Danang and XT arranged one of her tour guides Tommy Pan to guide us the next day. It was a very wet morning but Tommy told us facts and stories with such enthusiam before we started the tour that we forgot about the rain! A new experience for my family to go on a bicycle tour but he was very mindful of our ineperience and safely. He stayed enregetic and shared facts and stories with us throughout the day that we didn’t bother with the rain anymore. We had such a good time that our family has voted it was the best guided we ever had! Xuan Tu is an amazing tour guide and I highly recommend if you plan on being in DeNang or Hoi An that you contact her. Xuan Tu not only speaks English eloquently, she is also brilliantly outgoing and passionate about her touring. Xuan Tu gave our rather large group a truly authentic taste of Vietnamese culture from picking out the best restaurants for us to our trip to Cam Kim island where we visited several houses in the village to observe their means of making a living. Xuan Tu gives a cut of the daily cost for the tour to the beautiful people that open their homes to you, which makes you feel as though you are giving back to the community in a meaningful way. We spent a wet, windy but entertaining day with Xuan Tu covering both Danang and Hoi An. Her knowledge and presense added to the overall experience in visiting some historic central Vietnam sites.
