Danang, Hue and Hoi An
Well organized. We like the historical places of interest. Special thumbs up for Ms Thuy who is a friendly and an amiable tour leader. She had helped us very much when in need and able to answer to our queries and work professionally. Hoi An was a nice place to go with lots of eateries within our hotel (Little Hoi An Boutique & Spa). Most of the hotel staff were friendly and were able to reached out to us when helped was needed. We had a wonderful and a memorable time while in Central Vietnam. Thanks to Xuan Tu and Ms Thuy for taking care of us during these period of time. The best of the best with Lam and Thu
This company truly deserves its high rating, it was the exact tour we were looking for during our short stay in Danang and we cannot fault it. The passion and care we felt as customers was genuine, starting from the emails with the owner Xuan Tu, to the wonderful hospitality we felt during the tour of Danang and Hoi An with Lam and Thu. The itinerary was great but we were more impressed with the engagement and stories shared by the guides, who ended up more as friends by the end of the day… by the way we booked for 10 hours by it ended up being nearly 12 hours and at no time was there any clock watching or feeling of being rushed. This apparently happens a lot (until 3am at the karaoke bar apparently!!) – you guys should definitely be charging more for this wonderful service!!! As another example of how this company is different from the rest – Thu was undertaking training to understand the ‘heart’ of the company… her knowledge was top notch but clearly it is the passion that comes of highest importance above all other aspects to this company. Amazing 5-day tour with the ever-personable Thuy
We went on a 8-day private tour (mix of organised and free-and-easy) around central Vietnam (Danang, Hue and Hoi An) in mid-December and had Thuy as our tour guide. Thuy was very patient, engaging and caring, and gave us good food recommendations at each stop. Our driver (we didn’t get his name) also drove slow and steady, making sure we travelled safely in Vietnam. We would definitely recommend Thuy as a tour guide for travels around central Vietnam! Wonderful Hoi An Tour with Thuy Luong
We thought it would be best to go with a local guide while in Vietnam, as we were coming off a cruise ship (Sapphire Princess) and time was short with only a one day stopover….we were so pleased to be met by Thuy Luong. She was waiting patiently in the hot sun holding a sign with my name so we knew exactly who she was. Thuy is the sweetest person you would ever meet. She asked us what we wanted to see or experience in Hoi An and designed the tour to meet our needs exactly….including last minutes requests. When I noticed the arm protectors that she was wearing and mentioned that I liked them, she asked the driver to stop at a local vendor so that I could pick up a pair (and some masks), and she negotiated an excellent price in the local language. I couldn’t be happier. We were a group of 4, and we fit comfortably in a newish Toyota Fortuner (mid-sized SUV). With the driver and Thuy, we had lots of room for all 6 of us, plus a cooler of water to keep us hydrated. Thuy was very kind, polite and extremely well informed about her country. It felt like we were with a friend instead of a guide. The tour itself was a good mix of sites, food, and culture. After a very long day, Thuy rode all the way back with us to our cruise ship port in Chan May. i don’t she got back to her home in Danang until close to midnight but she was so accommodating the entire time.
