Outstanding private guide and driver!
Our experience with this company exceeded our expectations. We received exceptional 5 star service. Our needs were, perhaps, unusual. We had personal reasons for wanting to visit a remote and mountainous region west of Danang. With very short notice the company was able to respond effectively. They were punctual (early in fact) and arrived with a guide familiar to and knowledgeable about the region of interest. The van they arrived in had wifi connection throughout the journey. Our driver, Thanh, was safe and accommodating. Patient with our need to stop frequently and photograph the area. Our young host, Thinh, was not simply a guide but a teacher sharing with us the many nuances of local custom and culture. They were sensitive to our needs at every opportunity and we were able to experience local living to an extent and in a manner which would have been impossible on our own. We would highly recommend this company of course but the real testimonial to whether a client’s been well taken care of is, simply, would you employ their services again. The answer is yes. Danang private tour, it was great!
This is my first trip to Danang, Xuân Tú was prompt in responsing to my queries. My tour guide Lam was great, the attention to details, brought me off the beaten path to try local food. He took the effort to find out what food I haves tried in danang (I did a food tour) so that I can try something different. Very attentive and took time to explain the sites and detail. Exceptional people; exceptional experience
Since the initial enquiry I made with Xuan Tu regarding tours available to suit my needs, she has been exceptionally helpful and informative. Xuan Tu is to be commended for exhibiting a lot of patience and taking the time to respond to my endless enquiries, considering I made plenty of changes to my bookings. Xuan Tu responded promptly to my emails and attended to my WhatsApp messages throughout my stay in Vietnam, which made it easy when I had matters to sort out on the spot. The drivers hired by Xuan Tu Tours were to be commended on their driving, which made our entire journey on the road as safe and comfortable as possible. The drivers were also very willing to go out of their way to attend to our needs. The driver who picked us up from the airport even did a detour for us just to go to the money changer. Lam, our tour guide for our tailored Da Nang sightseeing and food tour, was undoubtedly professional, personable and knowledgable. He showed great interest in getting to know his clients and again, went out of his way throughout the entire trip to make our experience as smooth as possible. He must be applauded for taking great care of my 65 year old father, including holding onto him whilst crossing the road, opening his drink bottle for him, and did many other things that did not go unnoticed. It was evident that Lam really enjoys his job as a tour guide. Overall, my end-to-end experience with Xuan Tu Tours was absolutely positive.
