Our needs were, perhaps, unusual. We had personal reasons for wanting to visit a remote and mountainous region west of Danang. With very short notice the company was able to respond effectively.
They were punctual (early in fact) and arrived with a guide familiar to and knowledgeable about the region of interest. The van they arrived in had wifi connection throughout the journey. Our driver, Thanh, was safe and accommodating. Patient with our need to stop frequently and photograph the area. Our young host, Thinh, was not simply a guide but a teacher sharing with us the many nuances of local custom and culture. They were sensitive to our needs at every opportunity and we were able to experience local living to an extent and in a manner which would have been impossible on our own.
We would highly recommend this company of course but the real testimonial to whether a client’s been well taken care of is, simply, would you employ their services again. The answer is yes. In fact, we did so twice more.
