Fun and interesting tour with a very friendly tour guide: Xuan Tu
I booked a day tour with Xuan Tu to go Hoi An. I’m so glad that I booked with Xuan Tu as I had the best day with her. She is so much fun and is more like a friend taking you round sightseeing, making it fun and a relaxed tour. She took me to local popular eatery and had a delicious Banh (Vietnamese baguette) and had a fresh sugar cane drink whilst waiting to board the ferry to go to Cam Kim island. It was lovely seeing and learning about the local families and how they make a living. It was an added bonus that Xuan Tu supports the local community. It was beautiful visiting Hoi An in the evening. She was very knowledgable about the history and culture and answered all my questions. She also recommended great places to eat, snacks and drinks throughout the day and was a great photographer for me! I travelled by myself and Xuan Tu accommodated all my requests and was flexible with the tour. Fantastic time in hoi an and danang
I contacted Xuan Tu before arriving in Vietnam to arrange a 3 day tour of hoi an, hue and danang. She did not disappoint. We had a fantastic time. She took us to try pho and Vietnamese baguette which was amazing. Also she recommended a tailor in hoi an to have some garments made. She got us a good price. And all of the recommendations she suggested were fantastic. We just wish we had more time in the places we visited. She is full of information and we learned so much about Vietnam and its history. She is very bright, bubbly and funny. This was by far the best tour guide out of the 4 we used whilst in Vietnam. Would recommend to use her for trips/tours whilst in the area. Outstanding Hoi An Guide : Xuan Thu, we love you!
We booked 3 full day tours of Hoi An with Xuan Thu, the most informative and exuberant tour guide in central Vietnam. We wanted a personalised guide, and did not want to be part of a large bus crowd. From the start, Xuan Thu set herself apart from all the other tours with her very own brand of exceptional, personalised service. Her depth of knowledge of her country, her region and its rich history as well as an understanding of the current Vietnamese political and social situation was highly impressive. We especially enjoyed immersing ourselves in the countryside and our interactions with the local village people, as we prefer these experiences of travelling rather than “foodie” or shopping tours. Going off the beaten track and away from the other tourist hoards provided us with much more enriching insights into the people and culture of this region. Not only did we learn a lot from this passionate and motivated young lady, but she also enquired and gained a lot of insight from us too! Thankyou Xuan Thu for an awesome Da Nang experience. Excellent 2 day tour of Da Nang with Xuan Tu
A group of 10 of us went on this tour to Da Nang, Hoi An and My Son and our itinerary was for 2 whole days and this incuded local food tour. We visited as many of the places as we could, Lady Buddha, Monkey Mountain, Hoi An, Cam Kim Island and went as far to My Son. On top of these places, we had the best Banh Mi, Pancake, Pho, Seafood dinner and the best Vietnamese coffee that Xuan Tu brought us. At the seafood restaurant, Xuan Tu helped us pick the best seafood and she even checked the bill to ensure that we were not overcharged. Xuan Tu is very fun to be with and she really takes care of our needs and helped us bargain at the local stores and most remarkable is she does not take any commissions from the shops that we purchased goods. She is remarkable, very obliging, tremendously knowledgeable, sincere and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the whole tour and would highly recommend Xuan Tu without hesitation to any tourist who would like to visit Da Nang. Professional, Knowledgeable and Caring – 5 Stars Guide
Xuan Tu is knowledgeable and very passionate in her job. For a young lady who just turned 23, she has every good attitude who deserves to be rated the best tour guide in Trip Advisor. My friends and I (10 of us) enjoyed very much from the local food tour, sightseeing and shopping that Xuan Tu arranged for us. Thumbs up to Xuan Tu’s personality, she is honest of not collecting commission from the sellers, helped us to get the best reasonable price of the things that we bought, and even helped us to check the bill thoroughly before we paid for our seafood feast. Thank you Xuan Tu and your assistant Helen for making our Da Nang and Hoi An trip fun and memorable.
