Very impressive one day trip from Hoi An to Hue
This tour company deserves very high score. It makes my and my wife’s experience in Hue very memorable one. Firstly, I am impressed with the prompt and responsive communication given during the reservation period. The car is very clean and matches exactly with what we have booked for (Toyota Fortuner). The driver is very polite and has a good driving manner. The company is well prepared for fresh-cool water as well as rain coat and umbrella which turn out to be very useful and convenient because it was raining all day on the day of our trip. The tour guide, Pham Tuan Duy is very well educated and fluent in English. He can provide very good information about all cultural places that we have been to. Tuan is smart, knowledgeable young man who is enthusiastic to share the culture and history of his country. Both the driver and the tour guide hospitality and engagement are very genuine indicating that they are very well-trained by the company. At the end of the day, we have slightly changed our plan from one to the other. They seem to be able to adjust the plan very quickly and fit well with what we need. The tour guide was meticulous in detail of service and constantly checked whether we are doing OK with temperature while we were sitting in the car, whether we would be OK if we have to have slightly late lunch. Danang, Hue and Hoi An
Well organized. We like the historical places of interest. Special thumbs up for Ms Thuy who is a friendly and an amiable tour leader. She had helped us very much when in need and able to answer to our queries and work professionally. Hoi An was a nice place to go with lots of eateries within our hotel (Little Hoi An Boutique & Spa). Most of the hotel staff were friendly and were able to reached out to us when helped was needed. We had a wonderful and a memorable time while in Central Vietnam. Thanks to Xuan Tu and Ms Thuy for taking care of us during these period of time. Amazing 5-day tour with the ever-personable Thuy
We went on a 8-day private tour (mix of organised and free-and-easy) around central Vietnam (Danang, Hue and Hoi An) in mid-December and had Thuy as our tour guide. Thuy was very patient, engaging and caring, and gave us good food recommendations at each stop. Our driver (we didn’t get his name) also drove slow and steady, making sure we travelled safely in Vietnam. We would definitely recommend Thuy as a tour guide for travels around central Vietnam! Amazing tour to Hue
We had a wonderful day with our guide, Tram, to Hue. Tram is humorous, witty, knowledgeable and most important of all, she is a passionate young lady who is enthusiastic to share the culture and history of her country to foreigners. She can speak good English and Mandarin and is very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. We wanted to try some authentic local food for lunch and she not only recommended us to a really good one, but also helped us with the food ordering and made sure we were well taken care of. She also brought us to a local supermarket to get some local products and recommended us a great seafood place for dinner. Day tour from Hoi An to Hue
Excellent tour! Our guide Quan was very informative and made the day fun and interesting (guide in training Thu also did a great job). It was a long day (10+ hours) but filled with interesting sites.
