Great experience for the family
We were traveling in a group of 12 pax for 2 days visiting in Hoi An and Da Nang with our guide Lam and his assistant Thin. Lam is very knowledgeable and passionate about his country and job and shares with us a lot of information. He also manages a big group well and caters to the demand and needs of the young and old equally. For the ladies, he even brought them for shopping and negotiated with the local vendors for the best price! We are very fortunate to have Lam with our family during this trip and his sense of humor and caring nature made us feel at home. Thank you for the lovely experience ! — Traveller: Su L from Tripadvisor
So easy to deal with
I honestly can’t speak more highly of the people at Xuan Tu Tours. They are fantastic. We had a Danang port stop on a recent cruise and booked a tour to Hue. However the day before the stop we were advised that instead of stopping at Chan May port we would be at a different port much further from Hue. I emailed Xuan Tu who responded immediately and changed everything to a tour of Hoi An (which is much closer to the port we eventually used). Our guide on the day was Thuy and she was delightful and had excellent English. The tour was brilliant as Thuy took us to various sites around Hoi An as well as the ancient city. Then she found us a lovely place to try some street food for lunch. It was fantastic. Thank you so much to Xuan Tu Tours for being so professional in enabling us to change our tour at such sort notice. I recommend them highly. And if you are lucky enough to get Thuy as your guide you will have a wonderful day. — Traveller: DeanoNorthPerth from Tripadvisor
A Foodie tour in Da Nang/Hoi An
In spite of it being a cooler day than usual, we had a marvellous tour with Xuan Tu tour guide Quon.. He and his very adept driver Mr T took excellent care of us. Quon explained about Vietnam culture, pointed out many points of interest as we drove from one venue to another. We had specifically asked for a Vietnamese food experience and left it up to his judgement as to what we should eat. We were not disappointed! From the Vietnamese baguette – bánh mi at a renowned restaurant, to Cao Lau noodle dish in the market to the White Rose Dumplings (my favorite) at Mr Son – everything was delicious and fresh tasting all washed down with the local beer. We finished the day off with coconut ice cream. Yum!! Quon obliged us by taking pictures of us in front of the Japanese bridge and other highlights. We would recommend this tour to anyone. A day with Q
We were collected at the cruise dock by Quan and his driver Tu and our party of 6 first visited the Lady Buddha before a stop at the Cham Museum for 20 mins which was enough time to see the exhibits. After a short drive to Marble Moutain we went up in the elevator to see the caves which have small temples inside. We next stopped in Hoi An where Q took us to Mr Sons for lunch .We asked Q to pick 7 dishes for us and washed down by local beer it was superb and very reasonable. We then walked around the town visiting the main sights and seeing all the lanterns for which it is famous All in all a wonderful day in the company of a delightful guide. — Traveller: Anne H from Tripadvisor
When you book a tour, ask for Tram :)
We spent a fantastic two days with Tram learning about her city Da Nang, and about Hoi An. She was fun, interested, and engaging, and she made the difference in what might otherwise have been a tedious visit to another city. She took us to all the right places, and her food recommendations were faultless. — Traveller: Michael C from Tripadvisor
