See Hoi An like a native
We had top shelf night tour of the old city in the evening which took us not only to the top tourist attractions but also to the lesser known allies and byways. The day tour was native hand made boat that wound its way to a island where native hand crafts were put together by local artists. Lunch was hand made noodles in the of a local family. Contacted Xuan Tu tours about two weeks before we were due to arrive in Hoi An. Xuan Tu organised our airport transfers, two day trips (Hue and Da Nang city tour) and another transfer to and from Ba Na Hills. Day trips were with the wonderful Khanh who is a self confessed foodie. He showed us some great spots for Pho, Banh Mi and other vietnamese cuisine. On our last night, Xuan Tu stopped by to greet us and gave us some parting gifts – a very thoughtful touch. Cam Kim Island and My Son sanctuary- Full Day Private Tour
Of our 3 weeks in Asia this tour delighted our family. We took an all day tour which included biking through rice patties and a boat ride to Cam Island. It was so much more than seeing sights, though we did see alot. Xuân Tú (pronounced ‘Soong To’) gave us an authentic experience an presented the human side of Hoi An and the surroundings and the people. She was also very knowedgable and gave us the background needed to appreciate My Son. She was very warm and personable and made shore our family enjoyed the day. She started this tour company and created a gem as we also were thrilled with the other guide, Lam who took us on another full day tour.
