Had a super good experience with our tour guide Duy back earlier in August 2017. We travelled to the Ancient Town and he brought us to drink local Vietnamese coffee which was very delicious. Best Da Nang private tours!!
When I planned for a trip, I read a lot of reviews online…but I don’t usually write reviews, except for the ones that really worthy of my recommendations for the others. I do hope my review will provide others with good reference, and especially as an encouragement for the service providers (eg. hotel / tour companies/ restaurants) for their superb contribution to our journey! I’m pleased to write a review for Xuan Tu’s team for their wonderful service as our private tour company in Da Nang! I’ve never met Xuan Tu in person, but per her website and email communication, I trusted and selected her company as she replied promptly (normally within a day), and answered my requests and questions in a detailed manner. You can feel that she is really passionate about her country and strive to providing best service, so we booked her company for private airport transfers, one food tour and two half day tours for our few days vacation in Da Nang last week. Also i like that she communicated in “Whatsapp” too, it’s much easier for us to feedback and respond apart from email. A big compliment must be given to our wonderful tour guide, Lam!! He is passionate, kind, considerate and super friendly. Without his accommodating attitude, our trip couldn’t be as smooth and enjoyable. We travelled as a family of 8, including one kid (3 YO), one baby (9 MO) and an elderly (70 YO). Despite we’re one family, our preference and expectation of the trip is quite diverse, Lam has flexibly entertained all our special requests, and I must say, it’s NOT EASY at all! We were warmly welcomed by LAM at the airport on our arrival, with his signature “friendly smile”! We were then escorted to their modern, air-conditioned vehicle! It’s specious, and comfortably accommodated all of us without feeling cramped! The good vehicle and nice driver formed our good impression for the team immediately! Bottled water, and moist towelettes provided in the vehicle were nice touch too! This trip was a family celebration for our daddy’s 70th birthday, so we tried to plan everything ahead, and hoped the trip was smooth, and it was! Lam was very flexible to adjust and tailor-made the itinerary per our preference, and sometimes they even worked extra “miles” to make sure we’ve a safe and memorable journey! Special thanks for the complimentary ride in the late evening and birthday surprise! We joined three tours, the evening walking foodie tour, the Hoi An half-day tour, and The Son Sanctuary half-day tour. For the foodie tour, we found it a little tough for our family to walk for such distance in the hot weather, especially with sleepy babies, whom needed to be carried around. We were glad that they ended up transporting us by vehicle instead to the eateries in view of our family’s situation. They were really willing to listen to our needs! While for the other two tours, we found it interesting to ride on the round basket boats and buffalo, then visited the Hoi An ancient city for nice shopping!! We were able to get some good bargains with the help of Lam and tasted some yummy durian! The Son Sanctuary has well-entertained our daddy as he’s interested in knowing more about vietnamese culture and heritage! It’s been less than a week’s time since we’re back to our home town, much of the beautiful moments are still lingering on our minds! Honest and Trustworthy Private Tours in Da Nang
We are from Hong Kong and when we did research online prior to our 5D4N trip to DaNang, we came across XuanTu and her private tour company. For our second day, we chose their infamous 50/50 DaNang City and Hoi An full day tour. Our tour guide Thuy was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. She took us to a famous local coffee place, a nice restaurant for local dishes, marble mountains and Hoi An ancient town. We had our own private car to use and the driver was always ready nearby wherever we went. For the third day, we went for their 4.5 hour DaNang local food tour. Our guide Lam was a very sincere, considerate and communicative young man. Lam was duty-conscious and he took us to try out more than 10 local dishes in 4 hours. The food portion he arranged for us was just right and he was always caring for our stomach space all along. Once again we had our private car to use and we had great conversations with Lam on daily life, cultures and history. Lastly, we have to thank Lam for recommending the local place for sea snails and thank Thuy for recommending the local place for seafood with good pricing and being honest to tourists! If you plan to visit DaNang, I strongly advise you to use their service. They are local people who are honest, sincere, professional and with a lot heart! Amazing private tour of Hoi An & Da Nang
Thuy is an amazing tour guide and really made my trip to Da Nang so much more enjoyable. This was my first time traveling solo internationally, and I was a little nervous but Thuy and XuanTu made sure everything was seamless! XuanTu responds to all inquiries very quickly, I was able to arrange 2 tours, an airport pickup, and a hotel transfer all of which put my mind at ease for my first solo trip. Thuy was my tour guide through Hoi An and Da Nang, and she taught me so much about the area and local culture. Her English is excellent, she is very kind and knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed spending my time sightseeing with her! Even after the tour, I was able to contact her through whatsapp to ask her opinion about other areas of Vietnam I was exploring. I sprained my ankle on one of the tours and had to end the tour early, Thuy sent me a care package and both Thuy and XuanTu followed up with me to make sure I was okay.
