I recently visited Da Nang with my boyfriend, was a bit lazy to do research in advance so I fully relied all the resources referred by a friend who also visited few weeks ago. Booked my trip with Xuan very last minute, and luckily they had a slot available on the day I selected, so she arranged Tram to be my personal tour guide 🙂 Next day, Tram picked us up from the hotel and I can immediately tell she was lovely girl at first glance. She carefully explained our tour and was very patient with all the questions we had for her. I had a wonderful experience with her and also felt warm-hearted when she showed more care by sending greeting msgs during the next few days of my stay in Da Nang. Amazing private tour with Duy in Hoi An & DaNang
We had a really good time on this tour with Duy! He was so considerate and really good with our young kids (a 5yr & a 16month old) They miss him already An example of their personal service: when we didn’t have enough local currency he hired a bike and rode miles just to get us a better exchange rate. Accomodating, well planned & reliable
My husband & I just finished our 3 full day tour of Hoi an & surrounding Da Nang with our 2 young children, age 5 & 1! Our guide Duy had taken excellent care of us throughout the trip. Well organised, always on time. He went all out to accomodate our needs as well as the whims of the little ones, changing plans etc to make sure we were comfortable & made a real effort with my kids (they loved him!) We really had a great time & having this tour to take care of us was really worth our money (no stress or hassle). Personal day tour
Had a great day my wife & myself we done a personal tour as part of our honeymoon. We had a great tour guide his name was lam who met us at our motel with the driver named chook. Lam was very informative in all areas such as where to go to shop, to eat, he had a great way of telling or explaining stories about his culture He went above and beyond what we were expecting he did not have any issues about answering our questions and to inform us on what’s each place was about. Supplied plenty of cold water in a new air conditioned car. Started the day by taking us to the oldest coffee place to try their traditional Vietnamese coffee, went out of his way to give us an excellent lunch he even rang the restaurant ahead of our arrival and somehow got us into an air conditioned section of the restaurant which happened to be booked out its good to know people… Lam even suggested for us to try some traditional Vietnam desert on the way home. We both saw everything we wanted to see in danang, we Highly recommended lam as a tour guide my wife said he was such a gentleman helping her down steps opening water bottles for her, and I made a great mate, and we invited him to stay with us in Australia if he ever decided to come over for a visit… 5 out of 5 for recommendation, great day, great knowledge, great laughs, never will forget Vietnam, and will never forget lam. — Traveller: RodT134 from TripadvisorÂ
Ba Na Hills
We had a fantastic trip to Ba na Hills with Duy and his team. They were welcoming, informative, genuine and polite during the day.
