50/50 Danang and Hoi An tour
Hau was a great tour guide. She explained everything well, was accommodating, funny, and made all of us feel very comfortable. Only drawback, time management could have been better. It was a 50/50 tour half Danang and half Hoi An, and we ran out of daylight on Marble Mountain, and were unable to view all of the caves, and it was dark by the time we arrived in Hoi An for the rest of the tour. You will NOT be disappointed
We utilized the services of Xuan Tu Tours on Nov 29th in Da Nang and on Dec 1-18 in Ho Chi Minh City. A five star rating is in order to describe our excursions. Xuan Tu communicates perfectly while writing and her English is fluent and easily understood. On both occasions we were picked up at the designated time and location. The van was comfortable and clean. Xuan Tu’s knowledge of history, customs, societal issues were clear and concise. We were encouraged and felt comfortable in asking questions. She made sure that we experienced the true flavour of Vietnamese food and local markets. We went places that no tour bus could ever penetrate!! Schedule flexibility was evident when we determined it was time to move along. Above and beyond the service; Xuan Tu has an exceptional sense of humour! Amazing service
We had 2 days private tour .on the 1st day, Lam was our guide. He is awesome. We can tell that he really love his job. He brought us to local foods which were awesome and also less expensive. He is friendly and fun to be with. 2nd day Sun was our guide. Her team brought a birthday cake by motorbike from da nang to Hoi an to suprise my wife. Da Nang, Hoi An and Ba Na hills all day tours
Today we had the best tour ever with our fabulous guide Lam Huynh and driver Vi. Their service was beyond excellent and we highly recommend them for all Vietnam tours! They were so courteous, fun and very informative. We loved the private tour that they customized for us to see the highlights of all these beautiful places and we had the opportunity to do all we wanted, shop, lunch and relax whenever we needed a break.
