Great tour service!!!
Great tour service. In Da Nang we had the great pleasure to tour with Lam (+++++) Sin, and Khanh In Saigon – Lan. Unfortunately Lam was committed to tour with a returning customer in Hanoi so we had only 1 day with him. He was truly outstanding. After we left him we stayed in touch. Lam told me a very touching story about his next tour with a returning US Vet that asked if the Vietnamese people hated Americans. Lam proved that he and the Vietnamese people love Americans. Use Lam if you can. Tell him Bob says hello. — Traveller: Robert G from TripadvisorÂ
On the road with Lam…
As a solo traveler, I prefer a private tour guide when visiting new places. You expect to receive a more personalized experience and a package tour customized to your liking. When I reached out to Xuan Tu Tours, however, I basically I wanted to see everything in 3 days… everything to the extent of the tours offered on their website – My Son, Hoi An, Hue, Da Nang and Ba Na. What I received exceeded my expectations. Lam is an excellent tour guide. By the end of the first day, I felt I was exploring Hoi An with a good friend. Lam is an engaging storyteller and is genuinely interested in knowing more about you. He grew up in Da Nang city and is an expert in the history of the region. I appreciated his pace and his observation that I was flexible with trying new things. In addition to the planned itinerary, we went off the beaten path and sampled street food in various alleys or in areas away from the city centers that I would have certainly never found myself. I highly recommend Xuan Tu Tours. When I return, I will request that customized alley tour… 🙂 — Traveller: mister_manny from TripadvisorÂ
Amazing 50/50 Tour!
We had a great day with Lam and his trainee, My. 6 of us (3 couples) from Canada saw and experienced so much. We ate local cuisine, learned about the history and culture and had a great time. Our day was so good we booked a 2nd Xuan Tu Tour the following day. This tour was run professionally and safely with a comfortable air conditioned van that was an oasis on hot days. Da Nang and Hoi An are beautiful areas that we felt fortunate to visit. Thanks to Lam and My, we saw so much that we never would have discovered on our own. I highly recommend Xuan Tu Tours and would not hesitate to hire them again. — Traveller: kearkel from TripadvisorÂ
Vietnam veteran private tour of special sites
We had a recent tour of particular sites in Da Nang, Vietnam for my husband, a Vietnam Vet. Our guide was well prepared and thoughtful with his insight which made this a memorable and healing experience for my husband. We highly recommend them! — Traveller: 146irise from TripadvisorÂ
Best day with Xuan Tu
We were blessed to find Xuan Tu on trip advisor as she planned our days and guides for Vietnam. Xuan Tu is an energetic business owner and guide and was the highlight of our whole trip. Communicating and planning the trip via email was a breeze. I think I probably asked the same questions multiple times and she patiently answered each promptly and THROUGHLY. We spent the day in DaNang and Hoi An with Xuan Tu and her intern My. We They were fantastic and we saw an ancient city and houses, had local food for lunch, quick tour of the city, visited the marble mountains and its cave with many Buddhist temples and the Lady Buddha. It was hot hot hot the day we visited and we were pleasantly surprised to find a cool bottle of water and wash cloth waiting for us when we reenterred the car. Not only did we see the sights, hear of history and culture from a local but also felt like we had spent the day with friends. We hope Xuan Tu will visit us some day so we can give her a tour of our home town. I suspect we won’t reach her level of mastery. My husband believes she will go far with her engaging personality, energetic style, entrepreneurial spirit and great instincts. Plus she sent us off with thanks and Vietnamese treats. Xuan Tu also arranged for us a fabulous guide in Ho Chi Min City ( Saigon). Kim was delightful and showed us the highlights of the city and the Cu Chi tunnels — Traveller: Margdet from TripadvisorÂ
