A Wonderful Day in Da Nang and Ho An with Xuan Tu!
We selected Xuan Tu based on the TripAdvisor reviews and I have to say she is worth of all good comments that are said about her. We had a wonderful full day tour, specifically tailored for us in Da Nang + Hoi An a few days ago. We saw many beautiful attractions but also learned a lot of the history and the culture of Vietnam during the tour. Xuan took us also to cafes, restaurants and other activities that we wouldn’t have chosen if we had been there just by ourselves. She certainly knows the best places to visit! Xuan is very professional guide, knows a lot of the attractions we visited and has a great sense of humor. 🙂 Overall, she is an excellent guide but also an excellent company. Highly Reccomended Tour
Me and my wife arrived in Da Nang looking to know about the city, culture, its people and the food. We met up with Xuan Tu our Tour Guide, and she provided us a full day tour of both Da Nang and Hoi An. She introduced us to some of the locals in both cities, and took us to some of the best places to eat. By far the Best Vietnamese food I’ver ever had in my life. Xuan Tu grew up in this place, and she knows it like the back of her hand. I would highly recommend doing a private tour with her. One word to describe this guide…EXCELLENT!
Over the last years, I visited some interesting and breathtaking cities and their main attractions with one or more local guides that were pretty good and shared interesting facts about their hometowb…but honestly they aren’t playing in Xuan Tu’s league! She is amazing! I’d like to give you a short but detailled impression of her very passionate work. Xuan Tu is a young woman, originally from Da Nang, who is very enthusiastic, friendly and kind! She loves her hometown and you can easily see why! In our half-day tour of Da Nang, she came to the airport and at the first moment that we saw her, we already felt comfortable and very welcome to this city! She gave us very interesting informations about local life in the city and was always giving her opinion and asking for ours. She was interested in our culture and our country which we appreciated a lot!! So it wasn’t a typical monologue of a guide, but we were talking like friends and sharing our opinions, knowledge and experiences. We really loved it! On our full-day Hoi An tour, we took two motorbikes. Xuan Tu brought a really lovely and kind male tour guide with her, called Hai, who was a great complement to her. Both gave us interesting facts on the way from Da Nang to Hoi An. They adjusted their informations and explanations on our interests and preferences to always keep the tour at a high level! Which we really appreciated is, that they showed us the real vietnamese places to show us how people live and work without making that all look fake. It was so real and people were all really kind to us. Visiting this places to help and support the families, that are living in low economical conditions, is an amazing initiative! Nobody forced us to donate money, they welcomed us like their own family in their house. So if you are looking for an excellent, lovely, kind and honest tour guide, you’re here at the right place! The way she treated us and showed us Da Nang and Hoi An in these two days, was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam and representative of the kindness of the vietnamese people! Very enjoyable and informative tour – highlight of our trip
Xuan Tu is energetic, knowledgeable about Hoi An and Danang, has great English and a sense of humour. She is entrepreneurial, and has a terrific sense for creating value and fun while showing you the beauty of Vietnam. We are a group of 5 adults and 2 pre-teen boys from Malaysia and Singapore. We did the My Son and Danang food tour. It was the highlight of our 1 week holiday in Hoi An. Xuan Tu arranged door to door transport. Not just the best guide…she’s one of the best people I’ve ever met!
Xuan Tu met us at the train station in Da Nang and immediately was a friend for life. She makes it a point to get to know each person’s name and background and truly makes you feel welcome to these beautiful cities. She knows all the best restaurants, shops, and every detail of the places she takes you to. Her pride in her hometown, Da Nang, inspires me to learn more about where I’m from. Almost daily one of our group of 12 mentions her name…we miss her!
