The Best Tour Guide for Hoi An
If I could give this review 6 stars, I would. Xuân Tú and Lam were just perfect. They took my girlfriend and I on the most magnificent tour of Hoi An and Kim Bong village. First was a quick snack at Banh Mi Phoung which was just delicious. Then we took a private boat to Kim Bong village. The experience in the village was just wonderful. We got to see traditional boat building, ride through rice paddy fields on bicycles, make rice paper and weave traditional mats. We the returned using the local ferry (which was a lot of fun with a group of local ladies) to walk around and explore Hoi An and eat and snack as we passed different stalls finally ending up at Mr Son`s food stall for another delicious meal before heading to see the famous lanterns. We had a little request to try some Vietnamese deserts on the way back to the hotel and they easily accommodated this by taking us to a little place in Da Nang. My tip for the tour is to skip lunch so that you can just snack as you go throughout the day. The town of Hoi An is beautiful already. But our superstar guides just made it even better. They gave us so much insight not only for history of Hoi An but also an authentic insight into what life is truly like in Vietnam. Xuân Tú loves Vietnam and is just exploding to share her passion with you. What made this tour so special was that it didn’t feel like just your average guide taking you around, but felt like your friends were showing you their home town to you. I can’t wait to come back to Vietnam and see them again. — Traveller: Ian M from Tripadvisor
A bientôt Xuan Tu ! — Traveller: marinao from Tripadvisor

Xuan Tu Private Trip – No regret
Visiting Vietnam has become an unforgettable in my life, not only it was the place where I propose to my girl, but also having Xuan Tu as our tour guide. Xuan Tu is a professional tour guide with passion to her country. She showed us a number of fabulous place and delicious food in Hoian and Danang. Banh Mi, Pho, White Rose, you name it. It is a pity that I am not feeling well in the trip but Xuan Tu show her care which really impressed me. She even suggest me to cancel my trip in the coming day. However, we insisted to go My Son on the second day. She was still more than happy to arrange the trip for us. She also recommended us a restaurant, called “Fat Fish”, after the trip to My Son. It gives us a perfect ending in Danang. Xuan Tu – Do appreciate your generous arrangement. — Traveller: JackyLau from Tripadvisor
Exciting excursion with Xuân Tú!
After all the good reviews on Trip Advisor, we booked in full confidence a tour with Xuân Tú. As her English is very good it was easy to communicate with her by e-mail to set up a program so we could take the most profit of the stop on our cruise in Da Nang. She picked us up outside the portgate and as she was accompagnied by her friend Lam, we had two people to guide us. First we drove to Hoi An and she offered us a tastful sandwich at a famous sandwichbar. Then we visited a few famous landmarks (e.g. the Japanse bridge), but most of the time we left the beaten track and visited an old merchant house which is now in use by a local artist. As it was a little bit drizzling, she bought for the four of us the typical Vietnamese hats to protect for us from the rain. Then we took a boat to Kim Bong Carpentry village and visited a small wharf for local boat building. Next we were invited in a family home where we saw the way of life and the production of rice paper and rice noodles. We even produced some noodles ourselves (fantastic experience). We enjoyed the hospitality of the family and were offered a snack and tea. We headed back to the city and had a marvellous lunch in a local restaurant where we tasted one of the specialities: ‘banh bao banh vac’ also called white roses. Going back to Da Nang we stopped at the Marble Mountains and visited Thuy Son (water mountain) and be sure she knows the site very well because she showed us some secret places! After a brief visit to Lady Buddha, she dropped us off at the port entrance and we embarked the ship with lovely memories, leaving 2 new friends behind. Important: during the whole tour she gave us plenty of time to take pictures. Xuân Tú is a perfect organizer and a very funny person. If you are looking for a guide in Da Nang, Hoi An or surroundings: do not hesitate and book a tour with this lovely lady. She has an extensive knowledge about history, culture and religion. — Traveller: Fons M from Tripadvisor
