Vietnam veteran private tour of special sites

We had a recent tour of particular sites in Da Nang, Vietnam for my husband, a Vietnam Vet. Our guide was well prepared and thoughtful with his insight which made this a memorable and healing experience for my husband. We highly recommend them! — Traveller: 146irise from Tripadvisor

Private Hanoi tour

We had a wonderful two day private tour of Hanoi. Day one was cultural tour visiting the first university in Vietnam, Hanoi Hilton, the old bridge, And several other sites. We stopped for great food and drinks along the way. Second day was countryside bicycle tour riding through the city then out in the jungle and farmland. We had a nice lunch at a farmer’s home, snacks at a countryside outdoor market and iced coffee at the end. This is fourth tour we have taken with this company over the past several years and have never had any thing but wonderful experiences. Xuan Tu is the perfect Tour Guide. — Traveller: E83PJdavidl from Tripadvisor

Best day with Xuan Tu

We were blessed to find Xuan Tu on trip advisor as she planned our days and guides for Vietnam. Xuan Tu is an energetic business owner and guide and was the highlight of our whole trip. Communicating and planning the trip via email was a breeze. I think I probably asked the same questions multiple times and she patiently answered each promptly and THROUGHLY. We spent the day in DaNang and Hoi An with Xuan Tu and her intern My. We They were fantastic and we saw an ancient city and houses, had local food for lunch, quick tour of the city, visited the marble mountains and its cave with many Buddhist temples and the Lady Buddha. It was hot hot hot the day we visited and we were pleasantly surprised to find a cool bottle of water and wash cloth waiting for us when we reenterred the car. Not only did we see the sights, hear of history and culture from a local but also felt like we had spent the day with friends. We hope Xuan Tu will visit us some day so we can give her a tour of our home town. I suspect we won’t reach her level of mastery. My husband believes she will go far with her engaging personality, energetic style, entrepreneurial spirit and great instincts. Plus she sent us off with thanks and Vietnamese treats. Xuan Tu also arranged for us a fabulous guide in Ho Chi Min City ( Saigon). Kim was delightful and showed us the highlights of the city and the Cu Chi tunnels — Traveller: Margdet from Tripadvisor

Amazing Private Tour Of Da Nang And Ba Na Hills!

I emailed Xuan Tu Tours after reading the great reviews on TripAdvisor. I was not disappointed! I requested a private, custom 50/50 Da Nang and Ba Na Hills tour with a private vehicle. Xuan Tu ( the owner) replied promptly with a thorough list of places my husband and I could visit in the city as well as a recommendation that worked out great. Ba Na Hills is extremely popular and she recommended that we go in the afternoon to avoid all the “buses” of tourists that arrive in the morning. We’re so glad that we arrived in the afternoon so we could enjoy our time and not have to fight through the crowd. Our tour guide, Khanh, speaks excellent English and takes extreme pride in his hometown and is very friendly and funny! He was extremely patient and provided a lot of cool facts about the city. We are foodies and he took us on a mini food tour at night! The food was so good and honestly, only a local would know about these hidden gems! Overall, a fantastic full day experience. I definitely recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Da Nang! — Traveller: christinetn36 from Tripadvisor

Outstanding service

We had a long weekend in Hoi An and were keen to see as much as we could. Xuan Tu came highly recommended and she rose to the challenge. We gave her an idea of what we wanted to see and do, and she delivered. The pick-up at DaNang airport and transfer to our hotel in Hoi An came at a very competitive price. The following day, we were picked up at our hotel and spent a half day visiting Da Nang and its environs with Lam and a driver. Lam was knowledgeable, courteous and spoke good English. Highlights of the first day included visits to Marble mountain with its fabulous collection of pagodas, mysterious caves and carved stones; trip to the beach to watch the catch being sold and cooked; a delicious lunch of street food (local noodles) and strolling through a market under Lam’s expert guidance. The best was yet to come the following day when Xuan Tu took us on a half-day walking tour of Hoi An, starting with lunch at Mr Son’s – another superb meal of Vietnamese street food. We went around the ancient city – the pass you purchase allows you to enter 5 venues and Xuan Tu’s choices were just the right ones. Her knowledge, delivered with a great sense of humour, made the tour most enjoyable. This young lady and her team will go far. — Traveller: jacquim883 from Tripadvisor
