Funtastic 10 Days in Dalat, Nga Trang, Mui Ne and HCM city
We had a funtastic time in Dalat, Nga Trang, Mui Ne and HCM city. Our tour consultant was very knowledgeable, accommodating to our requests, went to extra mile, eg brought a friend who had fallen ill to the hospital and purchased medicine from the pharmacy for her. He took good care of everyone’s needs, eg making sure the walking route taken to the places of interest are within everyone’s ability. A Great Tour of Hoi An and Da Nang
We can’t recommend our tour guide (My Do) and Xuan Tu tours enough. They were really quick to respond and we were able to easily book two tours the day we got to Vietnam plus chatting over WhatsApp is way easier than email. Our tour guide was the best, My managed to keep our three young kids (3,5,7)happy and engaged, despite the hot and humid weather, and they all instantly bonded with her. My was also able to keep the picky Hong Kong foodies happy, and we had the best food in Hoi An and Da Nang, much much better than the food we found earlier at much cheaper prices. Her patience and happy demeanor made the tour all the better, and she was happy to share her knowledge of the area along the way. We can’t say enough about how great My was. Truly One Of A Kind
Xuan Tu is truly a special businesswoman. She is passionate about her country and she takes introducing her country seriously. So when you take a tour with Xuan Tu, you will be well taken of from the moment you land in the airport. We were picked up by Dzung at the airport. He spoke little English but he understood us just fine. He was always ready to provide us with water and cold wipes which was so refreshing considering the weather was so very hot. Dzung is a skillful and careful driver. Khanh was our tour guide. He is a cheerful and humorous guide. He shared with us the Vietnamese culture and food. Took us to the best places for food and coconut coffee. We really enjoyed his company. Our tour guide the following day was My. (Khanh had to welcome his daughter into the world. Congratulations, Khanh!) My is a sweet young gal! She took great care of my mother. She also took us to the local market and helped us get a good price. We had a great time with My as well. Ricky was our tour guide next. Ricky is very knowledgeable of the Vietnam history. He was a little more serious than My and Khanh but we enjoyed his company too. In summary, Xuan Tu personalises her tours and that puts her above the rest. What we really appreciated was that we were so comfortable and so well taken care of.
