Reserve your date with Xuan Tu early before someone else does!!!
Where do I even begin?? Xuan Tu is more of a local host than a paid tour guide just going thru the motions. She will take you to places that you would never dream of going, such as into a local’s home to meet them, watch and even try your hand at performing their trade (making rice noodles) and even sit down to tea with them. Do NOT let the cost of her services scare you away! She is worth every penny and more importantly, a lot of the money she is paid is shared with locals, her drivers, cyclo drivers, and businesses that she frequents. If she is paid a commission by a local business for bring you to them she will return this money to you. The most caring guide for family with children
We had Xuan Tu and her boyfriend Lam as our guide on March 24 for half day Da Nang and March 25 Hoi An and Cam Kim Island. In our group of 12; consists of my parents both over 70’s, together with my sister’s family and mine; a total of 5 boys age 7,5,5 2 and 2. Again ALL BOYS! Xuan Tu and Lam both showed us their attentiveness to each members of our group, from playing with them, helping us push our strollers, carrying our bags of suppliers for the boys,etc.. They have both displayed so much affection as a host (not just a tour guide) that i have not seem elsewhere before. They did not take us to buy stuffs or eat anything that is overpriced. We did the tour of Hoi An and My Son and we felt so happy that we chose XuanTu as our guide. It is great to have XuanTu and Lam as our local fiends to help us dive into the culture and experience things in different ways. Superb day out
Had a fabulous day touring Hoi An with the engaging and effervescent Xuan Tu yesterday. My husband and I were so impressed with this tour we believe Xuan Tu must be the best tour guide in Vietnam. Her passion for Vietnam, it’s people,history and culture were exciting,not just an information rundown. We were shown a truly interesting insight into Hoi An, it’s history and the lives of the people who live and work there. As we walked or rode our bikes we couldn’t help but notice the sincere respect and friendships Xuan Tu has built with the community. She showed us all the tourist highlights as well as places not on the usual tourist map. We particularly enjoyed meeting local families in their homes and seeing a little of their lifestyles and being welcomed with such generosity.
