— Traveller: Cregog01 from Tripadvisor

Wonderful and thoughtful arrangement

We are very lucky to have arranged Xuan as our guide a few weeks before our trip. However, because of the unexpected problem, we had to change the date for the last minute. My family and I was impressed by Xuan’s prompt reply and we were very lucky to have Anthony and Lam accompanying our family for the day trip to Hoi An. The 10 hour trip was carefully and thoughtfully planned and arranged. We were so glad to have unique experience and we learned a lot of local culture from Anthony. They attend to the need and interest of every member of our family. It was a very impressive day, we would definitely asked Xuan and her team to show us more interesting places in Vietnam during our next visit. Xuan and her team are surely the best guide we would recommend to anyone! — Traveller: hkliza from Tripadvisor

Private tour by Tommy and his crew

Found this tour guide by chance from trip advisor and was impressed by all the good comments that have written about the crew. Decided to go for it and was overwhelmed by the professionalism of Xuan Tu and her responsive arrangement from my short notice request. Tommy, our appointed tour guide and his driver showed up in time at the hotel lobby and the 8 hours private tour began. Tommy is a super friendly and fun tour guide whom made our visit extraordinary. He has so much patience and always stays sensitive about the extra care we need with an elderly and a teenager in our family. He has taken us to some local restaurants that offer great services and delicious food with affordable price range. We would have missed these great places if it’s not because of joining this tour. Special thanks for taking us to the best local coffee shop in town (bought 10 packs of coffee power home at the end, HKD 20+ / pack … Shocking cheap with such good quality ). Tommy also makes our trip super entertaining by singing his favorite song “cry on my shoulder” during our visit to local village. I highly recommend this tour guide company to anyone who comes to Da Nang / Hoi Ah for vacation. Last but not least, the 8 hours of fruitful experience will drive me to use them again in the near future. — Traveller: glorial113 from Tripadvisor

Authentic and insightful private day tour of Hoi An with two cheerful locals

My parents and I did the daily Hoi An walking tour with Xuan Tu and Tommy, who are locals of Da Nang and Hoi An respectively. We really enjoyed the personal touch of this private tour and learnt so much about the history and culture of Hoi An. We took a boat ride across to Cam Kim Island, where the first stop was a woodworking village where people still constructed boats in the traditional way. We then cycled to visit a local family who showed us the art of weaving the local floor mats. The family treated us to a delicious corn and coconut juice-based delicacy, and we even had a go at weaving. Next up was a local family who’s been in the rice paper and noodle making business for several generations. Again, they were such generous hosts – even the 92 year old grandmother came out to say hello to us. After trying our hand at making the rice noodles, we were treated to a snack of rice cracker and noodles, served with a refreshing roasted red bean drink. We made our way back to Hoi An’s old town where we tried the world’s best banh mi (according to Tommy and Anthony Bourdain) and we were not disappointed. It was absolutely awesome. Xuan Tu bid us farewell for the day. Tommy took us to the Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall, the Japanese covered bridge and two heritage homes within the old city. Tommy, being a Hoi An local, is very knowledgeable. In between the sights, he took us down several small alleys and we had a well-deserved rest in a secluded coffee shop, where we had the most amazing iced coffee (mixed with Baileys and Gin). Our last stop was a local restaurant (which is again away from the crowds) which served Cao lầu (a dish noodles, pork, and local greens which is only found in Hoi An), white rose dumplings and fried wontons. I can’t wait to go on Xuan Tu’s food tour of Da Nang and day tour of Hue in a few days’ time. Based on today’s experience and my parents half day tour of Da Nang (where Xuan Tu picked them from the airport and later dropped them off at Hoi An), I would highly recommend Xuan Tu Vietnam tours for a family trip. — Traveller: wk_79 from Tripadvisor

Beautiful Da Nang

We were a family of 6 adults and got lucky enough to get Anthony as our private tour guide for 2 days exploring beautiful Da Nang. He was a great guide, spoke fluent English, was so knowledgeable about the history and always explained everything in so much detail. The first day was spent in the ancient town of Hoi An. Anthony was so flexible with how we spent our day there. Hoi An’s history is very well preserved and it was like a step back in time. We got to visit local carpentry families and even learned how to make fresh rice paper! Hoi An is known for their tailoring including custom suits/dresses, leather goods, and custom shoes made within a day! Anthony took us around Da Nang on our 2nd day to Marble Mtn, Son Tra Guan Yin Statue, and the My Son sanctuary. These historical sites were beautiful and we learned so much. Anthony took such great care of us and having him show us his hometown was the perfect way to experience Da Nang! We highly recommend him. — Traveller: Amy L from Tripadvisor
