Definite Must Do in Hoi An
My friend & I were lucky enough to have Xuân Tú for our Hoi An full day tour, and what an enjoyable, fun and informative day we had. I can see why she is #1 for private tours in this area. We were met promptly at our accommodation & started our tour walking through the old town being told of its history, people’s way of lives & how the town has and hasn’t changed over time. We visited many beautiful places of interest, whilst eating and drinking various things along the way. We were then taken across by boat to Cam Kim Island & road bicycles around the village to experience the locals way of life. We saw & attempted to make rice paper, saw traditional weaving, and various other sites. We returned back to town & tried a local baguette “YUM”!! Our day sadly ended after new friendships were made. Xuan Tu is amazing, funny, knowledgeable and very passionate guide. Doesn’t get any better than this – A definite must do!! — Traveller: Karen R from Tripadvisor
Had a Blast with Anthony!
The company was very flexible in customizing a tour. They were professional and we identified well with Anthony. His English was impeccable and I was able to even test out my Vietnamese with him. He was very knowledgeable on the history and was very flexible with ensuring we were able to get the food we wanted to try. I would call this company again for any tours. — Traveller: Kimberley D from Tripadvisor
Forget a Tour Bus!
We’re actually not the type to go on organized tours. Instead, we like to do research, talk to people, and figure things out on our own. But we had limited time and wanted to make the most of our one day in Da Nang, so decided to hire a private tour guide. Boy were we glad we did. Our tour was with Tommy, Xuan Tu’s colleague. He and our driver picked us up in Hue and took us to our hotel in Da Nang. Tommy is great fun to be around. The drive was pleasant, fun and informative. After some time to freshen up, our tour resumed. We saw all the usual sites, but the bonus for us were the intimate local ones — the coffee shop and restaurants we would never have gone to without someone to guide us. The only downside is that we only had one day! We didn’t get to visit Hoi An, Tommy’s home town, or some of the other places that seemed so amazing. When we return — and we will — Xuan Tu and Tommy will be the first people we call. — Traveller: Yvonne M from Tripadvisor
Amazing experience!
This is a must do if you are going to Da Nang for vacation! We had 4 adults (2 couples) and our private tour with James and Lam was an amazing experience. James and Lam showed us around town and treated us like family. They were very welcoming and made sure all 4 of us were taking care of. Especially the hike up Marble Mountain(a must do). I would recommend booking the private tour and ask for Lam and James. If you are fortunate to have these 2 as your guides, request James to demonstrate his amazing singing voice! I hope this review helps my fellow travelers. — Traveller: John K from Tripadvisor
Wonderful trip at Da Nang
Greatly appreciated Xuan Tú for acceding to our personalized tour request. Tommy was our tour guide and he took us to the Da Nang city and Hoi An area. He was super helpful, friendly and well experienced. Tommy took us to the local coffee shop, famous Vietnamese baguette place at Hoi An, shopping at Da Nang city, boat ride etc. The food were delicious. He also gave us a lot of details regarding the history of Hoi An and Da Nang. We had a wonderful time with Tommy and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Thank you for the arrangement and make sure you ask Tommy to sing, he has great voice 🙂 Cheers, Linda and Carlinda — Traveller: Larmlarm from Tripadvisor
