Our tour with Tommy was the highlight of our trip. He was enthusiastic and cheerful in the best possible way. He was never pushy or trying too hard. We were a big family of 7 adults and 5 kids so we weren’t into detailed history, but Tommy engaged us with many fun facts about the places we went to (Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha, My Khe beach, Hoi An Ancient Town). It was never boring. We also got to ride on the cyclo. The kids loved it! Tommy even bought wooden zodiac whistles for the children, it was very sweet of him. He also patiently waited for us when we stopped to have the local dessert. I wish we had booked a 2-day tour instead of one. Xuan Tu’s email and whatsapp response was rather slow tho, I’m not sure if it’s due to her internet connection or she’s just really busy. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would engage Xuan Tu’s private tour again (with Tommy as a guide) without hesitation.
