Lam has been our guide for the last 2 days around Hoi An & Da Nang. He has been nothing short of excellent. His English is fluent and he is very friendly and knowledgeable on the meaning and history of the sites visited. He is very observant and caring to the needs of each individual in the group. Our group of 10 consists of members aged between 30 to 70 years old and he has left each and everyone completely satisfied. His surprise birthday cake arrangement to one of our group member was the icing to the cake.
We will definitely recommend him to our friends who visit Hoi An.
