Reached out via email on 12/20 to find out about price and availability on my specific travel dates. Immediately got a response back giving me options but nothing on whether they are available on the dates I asked about. I immediately ask which is the most popular option and about my dates again. No response until 12/27 telling me which is the most popular option but again nothing on whether they are available. I asked back again whether they are available. I get a response back on 12/29 that they are booked on the dates I asked about. Obviously they were dragging me around until other options fell in place. If they were professional they could have told me earlier and saved me time and show me some courtesy.
