When people ask me what the favorite thing was about SE Asia, my answer is Xuan Tu. And let me say, I loved EVERYTHING about my three-week trip to Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam. There are many wonderful things to say about Xuan Tu, but one thing I truly appreciated, aside from her lovely personality, was how adaptable she was to what I wanted to do and see in Hoi An. I told her that I loved food, and she took me and my friend on a culinary tour of the city and it’s market. We wanted to try cobra whiskey (don’t ask), and she found “the” place to have it. The wonderful thing is that not only do I have wonderful memories to attribute to Xuan Tu, but I also have a new friend. My rock-solid advice: USE HER!!!!
