I cannot say how wonderful and professional this tour company was. From the moment I sent an email the response from Xuan was fast. She helped me select the right toward that I wanted. On the day of the tour when the ship docked. They arrived an hour early. And we’re ready for us when we got off the ship. Xuan was there to introduce me to our personal tour guide. Her name was Vi. And I cannot say enough about her. It was like a family member taking us around showing us everything we wanted to see. The trip to marble mountain was fantastic Vi took care of everything her knowledge of everything was very good. After marble mountain we went to Hoi An well we got to make rice noodles and see how mats were made with straw. Vi then took us to mister Sons for an amazing lunch it was so good I ordered seconds. We then went around the ancient part of the city where Vi once again showed us her knowledge of the area. she took us on the boat ride up the river where we lit lanterns. Seeing the city at night is probably one of the most amazing things you’ll ever see. There was so much more I can tell you about the store but I have to say I recommended wholeheartedly to anybody. everything about it was perfect the driver was always where he wanted to be and the car was clean. And just when I thought the tour was over she took us to the dragon bridge at night and also to the lady Buddha statue. You will NOT be disappointed
We utilized the services of Xuan Tu Tours on Nov 29th in Da Nang and on Dec 1-18 in Ho Chi Minh City. A five star rating is in order to describe our excursions. Xuan Tu communicates perfectly while writing and her English is fluent and easily understood. On both occasions we were picked up at the designated time and location. The van was comfortable and clean. Xuan Tu’s knowledge of history, customs, societal issues were clear and concise. We were encouraged and felt comfortable in asking questions. She made sure that we experienced the true flavour of Vietnamese food and local markets. We went places that no tour bus could ever penetrate!! Schedule flexibility was evident when we determined it was time to move along. Above and beyond the service; Xuan Tu has an exceptional sense of humour! Best Day, Service, & Guide
We 5 had a wonderful day in Da Nang and Ho Ang with Lam and his driver Mr Vi. They arrived on time on the pier next to our cruise ship while the other passengers were still waiting to board their mega-busses. Sun World was much better than expected, especially the cable car and funicular rides. Lam was always eager to take photos of us, which made for more memories. He took us to lunch in the banh my store made famous by Anthony Bourdaine. He helped us navigate the menu, then negotiated great prices at local hat, bag, and lantern stalls. In the end, we saw and did so much in 10 hours, and laughed so hard our stomachs hurt. One tip: Ask him about SIM card deals. — Traveller: DScotty from Tripadvisor
A day in Hue
My wife and I had a perfect day in Hue with our guide, Lam, and our driver. Lam is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, providing all sorts of information we would never have known with a shore excursion. One day in Da Nang and Hoi An
