Hoi An, Danang & Hue tour
Our tourguide for this trip was Lam. He’s both fun and friendly which gave us wonderful memories in Vietnam (namely Hoi An, Danang and Hue). He brought us to try local foods there and the egg coffee was awesome. This brother also treated us like part of his family and is also great at taking pictures for us. He is also very knowledgeable regarding the places we visit. Not to mention that he also has a very friendly assistant who always attend to all our needs with a big smile. Dang the driver is also very knowledgeable regarding the routes we took. He could even be the next London cab driver if given the chance. Would highly recommend this tour agency. — Traveller: cherylllt210 from Tripadvisor
Hoi An, Danang and Hue tour
The tour is enjoyable. My mom who is 84 found it not taxing and enjoyable especially the basket float. Hoi An is beautiful especially at night. Out excellent lead tour guide, Lam is funny, helpful, and enjoyed his work by introducing to us his beautiful country and its local delicacies and what the local people do. Lam’s assistant My is polite and soft spoken. Overall, i will give the tour 5 stars — Traveller: Tucson R from Tripadvisor
Terrific service – highly recommended!
Contacted Xuan Tu tours about two weeks before we were due to arrive in Hoi An. Xuan Tu organised our airport transfers, two day trips (Hue and Da Nang city tour) and another transfer to and from Ba Na Hills. Day trips were with the wonderful Khanh who is a self confessed foodie. He showed us some great spots for Pho, Banh Mi and other vietnamese cuisine. On our last night, Xuan Tu stopped by to greet us and gave us some parting gifts – a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Xuan Tu and Khanh. — Traveller: Jennifer L from Tripadvisor
3 Day Private Tour – Da Nang, Hoi An & Hue
My family and in-laws (8 Adults) booked a three day private tour with Xuân Tu Tours and their lovely team: My, Xinh & Lam. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with our tour guides who were all very knowledgeable about their country and historical events – especially Lam! Because of his experience he was able to give us so much additional information that we wouldn’t have got if we had been on our own. They were very flexible and adapted elements of our day as we needed – which was very much appreciated! They definitely went over and beyond what they needed to do to make our tours enjoyable. All three guides had a really good level of English which made the tour information easy to understand. We felt very safe and well looked after as we visited each place. My & Lam were very good at helping us negotiate when we went to the markets which otherwise could have been a very overwhelming experience. Not be be forgotten (or underestimated) the drivers and van used were brilliant! The roads in Vietnam can appear quite chaotic at times but all three drivers were very safe and skilled drivers. The air conditioned vans were an Oasis from the blazing heat during the day! We would 100% recommend Xuan Tu Tours to anyone looking for a private tour when they come to Vietnam and will definitely use them again when we come back. — Traveller: Chantelle_NN from Tripadvisor
On the road with Lam…
As a solo traveler, I prefer a private tour guide when visiting new places. You expect to receive a more personalized experience and a package tour customized to your liking. When I reached out to Xuan Tu Tours, however, I basically I wanted to see everything in 3 days… everything to the extent of the tours offered on their website – My Son, Hoi An, Hue, Da Nang and Ba Na. What I received exceeded my expectations. Lam is an excellent tour guide. By the end of the first day, I felt I was exploring Hoi An with a good friend. Lam is an engaging storyteller and is genuinely interested in knowing more about you. He grew up in Da Nang city and is an expert in the history of the region. I appreciated his pace and his observation that I was flexible with trying new things. In addition to the planned itinerary, we went off the beaten path and sampled street food in various alleys or in areas away from the city centers that I would have certainly never found myself. I highly recommend Xuan Tu Tours. When I return, I will request that customized alley tour… 🙂 — Traveller: mister_manny from Tripadvisor
