Wonderful, Fantastic Private Tour of DaNang and Hoi An!!!
When I first read the wonderful reviews I knew Xuan -Tu was the tour guide we needed. She was wonderful to work with and tailored a day just for the 5 of us. We were there for a day on a cruise and we wanted to see both cities.We wanted to do Hoi An second so we could see the lanterns at sunset. We were met by Khoa and a driver at the pier and he was wonderful. We started in Da Nang and saw many sights all morning (even an off the beat coffee shop) and then headed to Hoi An for lunch and touring the city. The day was perfect. We (husband and I) had our 2- 20 something daughters and a family friend and the 5 of us thought this was the best day and best tour guide of our almost 3 week adventure. We met Xuan in Hoi An as she was with another group and she made a point to meet all of us an come us and take some pictures. Private Hoi An sightseeing/food tour and private Ho Chi Minh City tour
This is our second time using Xuan Tu Tours. We are a family of five comprising my wife and I (age 59 and 61) and three adult children (ages 21, 24 and 26). We were visiting Da Nang and HCMC via the cruise ship Celebrity Millennium. We were met promptly at Chan May dockside by Lam and after some introductions and a summary of our pending tour, we were quickly whisked away to Hoi An in a spacious van. Lam is very knowledgeable, accommodated our other requests and has a great sense of humour. After a full day of well paced cultural sightseeing and experiencing Hoi An’s food scene, we were dropped off on time at our ship and bid farewell to Lam, who said that his “brother” would be meeting our family in a couple of days at Phu My port for our private tour of HCMC. Lam had told us earlier in the day that he was the only son in his family, so we were perplexed. We were very surprised when Lam showed up to meet us dockside at Phu My!!! He had taken the train down from Da Nang the day before and would again be our tour guide in HCMC. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Lam as our guide and enjoyed another long day visiting all the must-see places in HCMC (loved the trishaw ride!) and experienced some South Vietnamese cuisine/coffee along the way. Ninh Binh with Lam
This is our second trip to Vietnam and our second time engaging Xuân tu tours. We did a one day tour with our guide Lam (the same as 2 years ago) in ninh binh and he is awesome. The itinerary was cleverly planned and we avoided all the large tourist crowds, maximizing the beauty and calmness of ninh binh. Driver and guide put safety above all, and Lam was also very passionate and knowledgeable , and always goes the extra mile to help his customers. He is ever so attentive and caring and always brings us to only delicious food places. No rubbish shopping trips nor forceful guides- only sincere and genuine guides who are there to make your Vietnam experience a good, if not fantastic one. People out there – read all the reviews and you’ll know why Xuân tu tours are topping the charts consistently over the years – and YES they’ve expanded to do tours all around Vietnam and not just limited to da nang and hoi an. Private Day Tour in HCMC
We travelled as a family of 4 and went for a Day Tour in Ho Chi Minh City with Lam as our guide. This was our 2nd time engaging Xuan Tu Tours, having toured Danang, Hue and Hoi An previously. As usual, the itinerary was organised and well-planned, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lam and our driver were sincere, professional and we felt very well taken care off throughout the day. We especially enjoyed Lam’s sense of humour! The places of interests were also nicely paced, well thought out and gave us great insights into the city. Communication wise, Xuan Tu was very prompt in replying to all our queries and concerns.
