Before booked her as my tour guide, I read her reviews. I use Trip Advisor all the times, but this is the only one I agreed on the “reviews” totally. Things written on her are true. She is here for the no.1 and 99.999% excellent for reasons.
She always does her job with 100% heart and enthusiasm. She tried to show the culture of her country, not just shopping or luxury hotels/ dining etc. E.g. I have hired her for the Hoi An tour. She took us to an island nearby for a cycling trip. She has made contact with the local people and they are happy to receive us and show us their work and life. Never a moment we feel being pressured to pay tips or buying things. I trust her paying the people involved fairly so that all of us are happy.
We also took the Danang, My Son and food tour trips. My family traveled a lot but we all agreed we see a lot more with her being a guide. She just made the trip more memorable with more details, stories and remarks.
She takes the best group photos. Rarely a guide will remind you, find you the best spots, and check the photo to see if they are taken property.
She is a clever and ambitious girl too. I wish her dream may come true one day. All the best to her.
