When I was booking the trip, Xuan Tu was very responsive and made the whole process pleasant and personalised.
On the day itself, we had a great time with Trâm, she was friendly and brought us around to eat many local delicacies that we wouldn’t have tried by ourselves. She was comprehensive when explaining Vietnam’s culture and history too. Everything was well organised and we didn’t have to wait long for the food or for transport.
Would highly recommend Xuan Tu Tours! A small concession would the price of the tour, which is quite steep.
