Xuan Tu speaks excellent English, is intelligent and has a great sense of humor .She loves Viet Nam and tirelessly tells about its history and culture. We discovered Hoi An thru her eyes. We were able to set the pace while still keeping to our busy days’ schedule. We choose the souvenir stores and she got us fair prices while never taking a commission . She steered us to a local lunch spot which provided a typical lunch and much needed wi fi connection. She also stayed with us all day- not the often heard from a guide- meet me here in a half hour or an hour. She also chatted with us during lunch and we were able to have a lively exchange. My husband walks with a cane. He was able to keep up with the considerate pace that Xuan Tu set.She took us to marble mountain and also to lady Buddha. We went past the former China Beach. You will be very fortunate if you spend a day with charming Xuan tu. We met her colleague at the end of the day and he also seemed nice. Remember to reconfirm before arrival!
