We had a great day with our guide Tommy. He was so friendly and shared lots of his local knowledge with us that we would never have learned going out by ourselves. We also ventured places we would never have known to go as he knew what backstreets to take and what was worth seeing, so it cuts out the hit and miss. With a local guide we also got to visit inside a family home and see the carpentry workshop rather than just the shop front. As it was a private tour they provided suggestions for us and also accommodated our requests which meant we could make the most of our time and enjoy all of the experience.
Xuân Tú who we arranged the booking with was very helpful too and quick to reply, even with our last minute booking.
