Tram was a great help during our private guided tour of Hoi An. We managed to see and do far far more with her as our guide. Apart from being patient and knowledgeable, she is good company and very pleasant. She was patient with our 9 year old son and gave him the same importance as she did to his parents. Most importantly, she was flexible and went out of her way to accommodate our requests as far as possible. I would strongly recommend this company’s services, more so if you are like me… i.e…. last minute trip with not enough time and OR motivation to research. Well worth it.
