We read incredible reviews we read on this site and wrote to Xuan Tu, asking for her help in planning a full day tour to Marble Mountain, My Son and Hoi An. She went above and beyond in planning a trip for us that included so many beautiful places and local eateries, coffee shops, temples, etc. The tour we received was beyond our expectations and no deposit was required. We had to make a simple adjustment which was also done semlessly.
Duy met us at our hotel and we felt instantly comfortable and quite taken with him. He has mastered three languages, spoke perfect English, explained the sites in great detail along with having extensive knowledge in both folklore and history.
We soon felt like we were old friends, laughing, joking and sharing information about the culture in Los Angeles which he was very interested in.
Our driver was also very genuine, patient and a safe and alert driver who smiled all the time and had cold water, hand towels and a phone charger for us.
We never had to open a door or get into a hot vehicle. The awareness and attention to detail very impressive.
