Just returned from a private tour, our guide Phan Hoang Hai aka ‘Tommy’ was the most pleasant and courteous guide. He met us as planned off the ship. He was very informative and knowledgable, he took numerous fantastic photographs of us all. Our tour was bespoke to our request and nothing was too much trouble for him, he was also flexible. lunch at a local restaurant was also organised.I would have no hesitation in recommending ‘Tommy’ as a guide.
