We used Xuan for a day trip whilst staying in Hoi An, we chose her because of the reviews on Trip Advisor, and what a great choice that was.
We chose the Da Nang and Hoi An full day tour.The day was brilliant, Xuan took us to places that other tour operators do not go to, so it made the day special. The tour is advertised as a private tour and it certainly is, all modes of transport were just the 3 of us and of course a driver, and where necessary a captain of the boat.
I cannot praise Xuan high enough, a score of 11 out of 10 would be more appropriate, the day just flew by, and Xuan sense of humour was certainly another highlight of the day.
Her knowledge of her country was amazing, and all our questions were answered, and we have come back with a real understanding of Vietnams culture.
If you are in Hoi An, and fancy a tour, Xuan is definitely the person to use.
