In early April 2017, my family (4 adults and 2 young children) went on an excellent day tour of Da Nang and Hoi An with Quan, Duy and Hoang (driver).
They were very accommodating, knowledgeable and flexible about fitting in activities/sights we were interested in.
They took us to cafes and restaurants that were cool and interesting but not too touristy. Also, they never made us feel like we had to go to any particular shop to do souvenir shopping which gave us more time to do things we wanted to do.
It felt more like a day out with a local friend than a commercial tour. I would highly recommend tours run by this company.
