We booked a last minute day tour of Danang and were lucky enough to have Xuan Tu (sounds like “song two”) as our guide. It was a great tour of the city with stops including Marble Mountain, the giant Lady Buddha, a market and more. She could not have been more helpful, everything from helping us find a laundry service for our clothing to giving us ideas, tips, and contacts for the rest of our stay in Vietnam. Every step of the way she made sure that our needs were met.
We stopped at a local coffee shop for delicious Vietnamese coffee, and an out of the way local restaurant for lunch that was absolutely delicious. No way would we have found it or tried it on our own. Xuan did all of the ordering, translating, and negotiating for us through the day.
You could tell Xuan Tu loves her city and makes sure that you will see it in it’s best light. It truly felt like we were out for the day with an old and dear friend. You can not go wrong with her service!
