Whilst in Da Nang, my family booked a tour with Xuan Tu after reading some fantastic trip advisor reports about her tours. Unfortunately, come the day of the tour, my brother and I were ill and after struggling through the first hour of the tour, Xuan Tu kindly offered to post-pone the tour to the following day with us! The entire family was very grateful for this as Xuan Tu had to assign another tour guide to a tour she was supposed to take on the next day. Her commitment and flexibility in this situation was very commendable and we were all very impressed. We also enjoyed Xuan Tu’s bubbly and kind personality and her fantastic sense of humour! It was very easy to communicate with Xuan Tu as her English was outstanding, and her knowledge of Hoi An and Da Nang was also very impressive. The entire family loved our tour with Xuan Tu, learnt about the history and attractions in Da Nang and Hoi An, and made a new lifelong friend.
