We had an amazing day with our guide Thuy. We did the Da Nang day tour which included seeing the enormous Lady Buddha and the Marble Mountains, as well as spending time at a local coffee shop and a bahn mi lunch (which we requested to eat at the beach). The Buddhist sites were great, and Thuy added a lot of insight into the Buddhist beliefs behind the temples. It was also great just drinking coffee with Thuy and learning about her life growing up near Da Nang. I’d highly recommend Thuy if you want an energetic tour guide to show you the main sights of Da Nang and give you a feel for the local culture!
