We had a fabulous full day spent in Da Nang and Hoi An with Lam, our tour guide for the day. His Enligsh was impeccable and he had a witty charm that made the day a lot of fun! Despite some iffy weather (there was a bit of rain off and on), Lam kept us in very positive spirits throughout the day, and showed great enthusiasm as he sought to give us the “local” experience. He went out of his way to accommodate everyone in our group (including someone with a vegan diet), and wanted to get to know us on a personal level. The tour kicked off with a stop in a local coffee shop (we had to be the only non-locals there), and the day proceeded with a number of sightseeing stops, where Lam helped us avoid the crowds and focused our attention on what we wanted to see most. In addition to all of the sightseeing, Lam also arranged lunch at a very authentic local restaurant, which was a very nice way to break up the day. The vehicle was clean and in meticulous condition. We would highly recommend this company and particularly Lam as a tour guide. A++++
