Booked a custom day tour. Xuan was super efficient and confirmed everything immediately. On the day, her guide Quan, plus another guide and driver promptly arrived at the agreed time and conducted the agreed itinerary. Everything was taken care of and I really enjoyed the day. I must commend the driver for professionally navigating the chaotic traffic on the day. More expensive then a standard coach tour but absolutely worth it for the service. Thank you!
